-------Mr. Zhi Wei Golden Yuan is one of the founders and a board member of Hope Education Foundation based in Monterey Park CA. Mr. Zhi Wei Golden Yuan is currently president of P.T. S. International Inc and Perfect Trans & Travel Service, Inc which was founded in 1991. Its primary focus is:

Mr. Zhi Wei Golden Yuan was educated First Branch College of China People’s University with a BA degree in 1982.

-----Mr. Daniel Chiu, age 50, has extensive experience in the field of cross cultural education, financial planning and real estate. He is currently the Executive Director of APEX Scholastic & Financial Services, Inc., which he founded in 1991.
----His cross cultural education experiences include the following: arranging student group visits from overseas to the United States for both short and long term studies, sending English teachers to Taiwan for both short term camps and long term teaching positions, originating, marketing and implementing English Programs and English camps with Taiwan high schools/colleges, recruiting and administrating more than 100 host families in the LA area to receive oversea students, arranging cultural and business tours to the US for corporations in China, and serving as agent and sales representatives for Chinese businesses in the US, as well as for US corporations in China.
------Mr. Chiu also co-founded and operated Premier English School, Pasadena CA, in the early 90’s, and a few years later bought The Bassist College, in Portland, Oregon. Being the sole shareholder, he also served as the Chairman of the Board. The Bassit College, originally founded in the early 1960’s, was a 4-year accredited institution
---- offering BA programs in the Design and Management fields. It was later bought out by The Art Institute Schools (NASDQ: EDMC).
---- Mr. Chiu has a diverse background in the financial arena as well. As a real estate investor, he has experience in land entitlement and construction, and manages property mixes such as land, single family homes, multi-plexes, condotel and apartment complex, pre-constructions and vacation homes, as well as oil and gas interests. He also traded stocks, options and commodities. Through APEX, he was a broker in life, health and casualty insurance sales, and has held a series of Security licenses, the CA Real Estate license, and the CA Insurance license
---- Mr. Chiu was educated in UCLA with an undergrad major in Biochemistry, received his BA at Azusa Pacific University in 1980. He studied in the MA of Psychology program in Pepperdine University, but graduated with a Master of Divinity degree from Talbot Seminary in 1984. He also served as the youth pastor before entering into the education and business fields.
---- Although he came to the United States when he was fourteen, Mr. Chiu remains fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Taiwanese. He is also an accomplished public interpreter, and has interpreted for the Christopher Sun Crusade, in cities of North America, and in other Asian countries. He also volunteers his time to do motivational programs on the radio, while helping his wife in caring for their second son, who has Autism. The Chiu family currently resides in San Marino, California.


-------Mr. Ron Wyman is a board member of Hope Education Foundation. He lives in Tucson, Arizona. Ron is currently the Executive Director of the Chinese American Music and Cultural Exchange, Inc. (CAMACE), which he founded in 2002. CAMACE supported the first educational concert tour of a concert band from China to perform in the United States. Prior to founding CAMACE, Ron spent nine years with Dun & Bradstreet, Inc., leading a team of investigative analysts for the company's largest clients. Additionally, he was a partner of a small commercial development firm, in Tucson. Prior to moving to Tucson, Ron was employed by Fox Photo, Inc., as an area retail manager, covering the North Texas and Southern Oklahoma region. Ron was educated at North Texas State University, majoring in Corporate Finance.


-------Ms. May Zhang is a board member of Hope Education Foundation. She lives in Seattle, Washington. As a Chinese representative, Ms. Zhang managed trade and investment negotiations, investigations and research between China and developing countries for the Industry Development Organization of the United Nations in Poland. Ms Zhang was also the Executive Assistant to the Director of Information Center at the China International Trust & Investment Corporation, one of the largest companies in China. Ms. May Zhang has 17 years experience in the international travel and tour business. Additionally, she has extensive experience in tour marketing and promotion gained while working for China International Travel Service, one of China’s largest travel agents. Ms. May Zhang has strong intercultural communication skills in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English. She is well-organized, conscientious, hard-working, and a person of high integrity. Ms. May Zhang was educated at the Beijing Foreign Language Institute, receiving a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1978. She majored in English. In 1984 she received her diploma from the Beijing Tourism Administration University with a degree in marketing.
